Do you ever feel lost?

Do you ever wonder what your purpose is here on earth?  Do you ever wonder what God intended for you and if your doing it?  I feel this way, right now, I feel like the lost sheep.  Not because I have gone astray from God but because, I think I've lost myself somewhere.   Is it my age? I'm 40 now.  Is it because my oldest son started high school this year and I know with how time flies, he will soon be leaving for college and a life of his own? Is it my job? Friends, do you ever feel lost? Like you're wandering around with no clear destination in sight?  I feel more lost today than I did when I was in college. I have a purpose, I know I do, God put me here for that purpose, but what is it? Is it simply being a good mother and wife?  I'm seeking that purpose, a journey that may send me to  unknown places but I want what God has in store for me.  I want His destiny for me in my life......I'm just now sure how to find it or get there...........I'll begin with prayer.
